The Trash Metal Project turned sustainability into a cultural statement. With the specially composed and performed song “Reduce. Reuse. Recycle.”, the message became an integral part of the festival experience and stayed with visitors long after the final performance.
In close collaboration with Leagas Delaney, we planned, designed, and delivered the activation concept, the container module, and the stage setup for the metal karaoke sessions, bringing the idea to life on site.

Together with YOUCOOK, we served the crowd on Heiligengeistfeld, brought extra fun with games, and kept artists and crew at Mojo Club and Uebel & Gefährlich energized with fresh, warm meals ready to enjoy.

We traveled through the decades to honor the all time classic Casio watch. Blending nostalgia with modern storytelling. Along the way, we went bold, rough, raw, and real. Capturing the energy, authenticity and street attitude of G-SHOCK in every shot.

We partnered with Belsazar to turn this shared problem into a brand-defining experience. A dedicated shuttle service in elegant Mercedes transported guests exactly where they needed to be. On board, they enjoyed a refreshing Belsazar Rosé & Tonic, turning every ride into a mini BCB highlight and creating a distinctive Belsazar experience that clearly set the brand apart from others.

In November 2023, we transformed our Island Studio into the tequila bar “Por Amor by Don Julio.”
Over the course of five weeks more than 1,000 guests experienced a diverse program, authentic Mexican flair, the city’s best Palomas and nights made to last. The project successfully established us as Diageo’s 3rd space agency for Don Julio, turning a temporary venue into a lasting brand moment.

We designed a special annual get together conference that brought this to life. Around 320 guests came together to experience the merger of two brands. Through a thoughtfully curated program, open and inviting spaces, dedicated networking zones, coffee breaks and lunch sessions, we created an environment that encouraged dialogue, collaboration and community.

The guiding idea of „PALOMA SECRETS“ offers a strong identification for both brands and a platform to create a visual and experiential identity that highlights the products, the drink and the experience. It also allowed us to adapt the ideas and concept for a variety of events and touchpoints from festivals to exclusive tastings, from online campaigns to immersive activations that offered deep connection with the brands and the product.

At the About You Pangea festival, we built the succesfull PALOMA SECRETS temple and gathered well over 1000 secrets from our guests. The PALOMA SECRETS tour exceeded expectations through collaborations with local music collectives, bringing paloma secrets to a highly relevant target audience.

We bring attention to the cause and opportunities to donate deposits to festivals in Germany, where we already saved over 100.000 deposit cans and donated the money to social causes. The next step: A greater communication strategy based on events, brand- and artist partnerships.

Be part of the change. We developed a flexible festival module that can be adapted to the changing Johnnie Walker brand. We built a modular home to impactful moments with cultural leaders, taste makers and the summer drink Johnnie Walker Black Peach.

Focusing on iconic brand elements, culturally relevant programming & brand collaborations and leaving space for individual and future creative decisions allows us to upgrade and celebrate again in 2025.
