Bringing together two strong fitness brands was about far more than hosting a conference. The challenge was to create a moment that would merge clever fit and Basic-Fit into one shared brand identity. The conference needed to unite franchise partners and industry leaders, align everyone around a common vision for the future of fitnes and mark the transition from two brands to one while still leaving room for exchange, connection and inspiration.

We designed a special annual get together conference that brought this to life. Around 320 guests came together to experience the merger of two brands. Through a thoughtfully curated program, open and inviting spaces, dedicated networking zones, coffee breaks and lunch sessions, we created an environment that encouraged dialogue, collaboration and community.
